At The Back Porch Café, our menu is rooted in the traditions of French cuisine, where ingredients like onions and garlic are essential to building rich, layered flavors. Onions, often paired with carrots and celery in the classic mirepoix, form the foundation of many marinades, seasonings, and sauces. Garlic’s bold aroma and depth enhance a wide variety of dishes throughout the menu. As these ingredients are integral to our preparation at multiple stages, we kindly inform our guests that substitutions, additions, or changes cannot be accommodated in most instances.
